CECPTA is guided by a set of Bylaws and Standing Rules that help our organization operate consistently, transparently, and in accordance with PTA standards.

Our Bylaws establish the foundation of CECPTA, including our purpose, membership, leadership structure, elections, meetings, and other requirements that govern the organization.

Our Standing Rules provide additional guidance for the day-to-day operations of CECPTA. They outline procedures and practices specific to our organization and may be updated as the needs of our membership evolve.

Together, these documents help ensure that CECPTA remains organized, accountable, and focused on our mission of supporting young children and the families who care for them.
